SpringHill Suites by Marriott Columbia near Fort Jackson

Stayed Thanksgiving night. Called and asked for early check in and they agreed. Front desk was great. Room was clean and quiet on 5th floor. Price was great. Hotel is about 2 years old. I would stay again.

Positive: Staff didn?t know how to operate the trundle bed. The shower had a giant metal piece in it, and it was hair in the drain. Negative: Bathroom

Loved this hotel! From check in to check out. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My husband and I were on a road trip from Florida to West VA. to care for a sick family member. We stopped for the night on New Year's Eve. Our visit was short but the room was very clean, beds were comfortable, room was a good size. Had light blocking shades, nice feature. Free hot breakfast. Bathroom was a good size, larger than most hotels, and quiet no noise. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Me and my boys wanted a getaway not too far from home. This hotel was super modern and comfy. It had plenty of lounge areas. Breakfast was simple but they had a variety of items to choose from. Our room was cozy. The bathroom was my favorite feature!

We traveled to see our son graduate boot camp. The hotel room was clean and we loved the layout and comfort of the room. It had been our third day of driving and a fast and furious departure after an amazing breakfast. In the excitement, I left something behind. If I could give a 10 for service, I would. The blanket was not easy to find and took some work to box up and return. The staff followed up with my phone call and it took effort to locate, communicate, and return to me during a very busy holiday season for something that did not seem like it was worth it. It meant so much. Thank you to each person that was part of a great stay.
