Spenard Motel

Front desk was very helpful,polite,courteous. Room was clean and reminded me of my younger years,modern it was not,but I wasn't looking for that. Very quiet,all the hype of drug activities was not there. I would and will stay there. Recommend it to others. Thank you spenard hotel for a great night sleep.

It's very affordable especially if you have to do a layover in Anchorage the staff is 100% accommodating the rooms are clean quiet and a great place to feel safe for the night

Honestly, we were in a bind and it was the only thing available, for a cheap rate at that. It was a bit sketchy and our room reeked of cigarette smoke but safe for my sister and I. We burned our sage and incense and it was no problem. Sunny and her daughter took care of us and made sure everything was okay during our 4 nights there. Thanks again!

The family operating this business is very kind and understanding. If you're honest and transparent about your needs, they will be too. I spent several days and was very pleased.

There is some negativity associated with this place and its locale. But I find the owners are working hard to turn the place around. My kitchenette was very nice and my bed was new. No signs of bugs and it was a quiet stay.
