Clean room. Passed the white sock challenge. Rooms are pretty small compared to other budget motels in Medford while being within $10 of the same price. AC blows cold but as others mentioned, its noisy The small continental breakfast had Keurig machine with a few different roasts for K-cups, banana, apples. 3 flavors of muffins, bagels didn't see cream cheese though. Jiff peanut butter. two cold cereals but didn't see milk, cocoa, and oatmeal. There was also tea. Now for the bad. Good water pressure but clogged faucet/shower head. The main spout in the tub blows water out of it that instantly overcomes the drain. Sending the water to the shower head... well lets say you have to dance around to get wet in there. The sink is no better, both hot and cold at max is still a bit rough even bru

The guy on the front desk was really friendly whilst checking us in, and gave us some local dining tips.||Our room was on the top floor (per our request through Expedia), and perfectly appointed. No issues with cleanliness and the bed/shower were decent. The Grab n Go breakfast was also sufficient.||We’d definitely stay here again if in the area, and I LOVE the policy whereby you get charged if you make excessive noise when others want to sleep - perfect for a light sleeper like myself!

Excellent value for the price. Just needed a room to catch a few winks on a busy schedule. Room includes breakfast but I had to leave too early for it.

Positive: It was quiet. The breakfast room was nice. Negative: Every award on their wall was from 2018 or earlier and it shows. The hotel was run-down, not particularly clean, and had large, "NO WEEKLY RATES" signs which kind of showed what people's expectations are when they see it.

We scheduled a late check in and was contacted to verify the reservation and given directions to access room key and not have to disturb the manager at such a late hour. ROOM WAS VERY COMFY. Clean and stocked accordingly for 4 people. Was pleasantly greatly by the manager next morning and he opened the breakfast room for us and again it was well stocked and very clean. We will keep this place in our list of places to stay. And the price was very reasonable as well. Was pleasantly surprised.. Thanks for the great attitude and service. We will see you again ..
