The front desk customer service is impeccable and always extremely helpful. The rooms have been updated and are much nicer than they used to be. 20 years ago you couldn't roll up in here and not be approached by a prostitute or a drug dealer. But management has really cleaned up this place. It has become a safe place for families and singles alike. Oh yeah, and the price is really unbeatable if you're paying by the week. I highly recommend if you are looking for a safe and affordable place to stay. You can't beat it!!

Staying here while working. I travel all across the United States for work. I have all rewards programs and even corporate ID'S. After looking at many reviews for other hotels in the area, I found them all to be horrible. I had seen some bad reviews here as well but all were over 2 years ago. I drove here with some apprehension but what a surprise. Sheryl the manager is awesome. She showed me a room and I couldn't believe especially for the price how clean and new everything is. All of the staff are friendly and helpful with anything you need. I highly recommend this location. They treat you like family here.

Be aware that this is an extended stay facility! Many of the people here live in the hotel, they are NOT travelers. They are hanging outside the rooms, over the balcony, in the parking lot, in the office...it gives the hotel an unsafe feel. I booked my stay through a third party website. The price was right and the photos looked good, so the "no refund" statement was of no concern. Boy, was I in for a surprise! This place is NOT as pictured. I turned right around and left as soon as I saw the small, smelly dirty room they gave me. I'm working on getting a refund, but beware! If you stay here, you'll get what you pay for.

The staff Is awesome!!! The manager Was very helpful, The rooms are spotless, smell great!! I would definitely reccomend this place to my friends & family. I was a little scetchy about the location, at first, but the manager reassured me It was safe & quiet. The next day, I paid for a week!! Props to her & her staff, they run a tight shift.

Oh my goodness the worst experience I've ever had was here my husband booked the room here because we were traveling from another state. Let me just say the whole place reeked of marijuana. Big pit bulls walking around the room we had reeked of dog, was about to go complain when the residents told us to not even bother because management wouldn't do anything about it. Got hungry later that night stepped outside and ran into a drug transaction in progress. People just standing in the breezeway smoking drugs. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here the activities that go on here are crazy and unsafe. The health department need to be called about the smell of dogs in the walls and sheets. The police need to clean up that whole place just in broad daylight smoking and selling drugs.
