Southern Charm Campground

Nice, quiet campground. Small only 4 sites available so call asap to reserve your spot. Wonderful host, Pete and Vickie are very helpful. Enough room for 40’ rv. Full hookups. Fenced in. Close to Keaton Beach and boat ramp approximately 5 miles. Outside of town. 15 miles to Huddle House, Walmart, Zaxbys, Popeyes, KFC. Dollar General being built close by. Will definitely stay again when in area.

We stayed here from November 2024 to April 2025. We absolutely enjoyed our time here. The area was in the clean up and rebuilding phase after the hurricanes but it was very peaceful and quiet. The hosts are incredible people! They have added a few amenities that look very nice. If we are in the area again we would definitely stay with them.

Our stay with Southern Charm was very quiet and peaceful! Through the process of booking and our stay the communications was outstanding. The amenities and area was very well kept and we felt very secure here. We explored and enjoyed many sunsets at Keaton beach while adventuring to Ichetucknee Spring State park and Steinhatchee falls. We highly recommend a stay with Southern Charm!

Great place to camp. We’ve been here for 6 weeks. Quiet country like setting. Fenced and gated property. Very nice laundry facility and hot tub. The owners are wonderful and let our dogs leash free to roam the property. Met some really nice people that were staying here. Close to some really nice beaches. Went kayaking and explored lots of natural springs.

Pete and Vicki posted on a Facebook page inviting Canadians to come for a free night of camping if they are traveling in the area. We took them up on it and we are very glad we did. They have a wonderful setup. Convenient location, very clean, peaceful and quiet. They are very very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We will definitely stay at Southern Charm campground again when we head south.
