Royal Inn Motel

We stayed just one night as we were passing through. The owners are friendly and there was plenty of room options. I don't know how long it's been around but they have done reasonable upgrades. The room was fairly clean. The linens and towels appeared fresh, no bugs or the like anywhere. There was some dust accumulation on the lamps and desk but not a deal breaker. It's just dust. I did observe some leftover dry soap and water stains on the bathroom sink leaving me to believe it wasn't cleaned. I would stay there again and would recommend the stay to others.

Here you find the rare well maintained, and clean, small private motel. Bathroom has new sink and cabinet, new toilet, new mirror, new hardware, resurfaced tub. Bedroom has new plank floor, new lighting, firm bed with good bedding. Freshly painted. All very clean. Owner says he washes all the louvred windows 3 times a year and it looks it. | Friendly owner. Located on the main road through town. Quiet setting. Good price. No breakfast but there are restaurants nearby. Coffee in the lobby. |At least as good as the Comfort Inns we used on this trip. Good location in a smaller town in northern Florida.

Very conveniently located off the highway with quick access to room, by being able to park vehicle in front of room door. Room was clean with an ample amount of space. Good value.

Terrible service. Do not stay here at all cost. I checked in at 915pm and they said they canceled my room. I was completely appalled as I’ve been driving the last 5 hours. Now I have to find a hotel when it’s 28 degree. They emailed me at 327pm and asked me to update my credit card by 2026-02-01 at 03:26:35 otherwise it will be cancelled. they could have called me and resolved this easily.

Me and my family travel a lot we spend many nights in motel rooms. This room has been by far the nicest room we have stayed in. Probably the cheapest room I have stayed at and I'm gonna say it's still nicer than the $150 a night room. Owner was so very nice, room was very clean and nicely located for what we was doing.
