South Beach Apartments

I booked here last minute after the place I'd rented for a small group for the weekend turned out to be quite uninhabitable. South Beach Apartments got us into a 2br same day and saved our weekend! They were cool about us using their amenities before the apartment was ready, and once we got the apartment it was clean top to bottom. The staff were all super nice. Extremely grateful for South Beach Apartments and Madison Beach Hotel, they're good folks.

We've stayed here a couple of times. It's pretty clean. Love that it has all the amenities - washer and dryer, dish washer, full fridge, stove/oven, etc. Our washer leaked when in use, so that was problematic, but everything else was fine. There is plenty of space for our family of 5. It's a pretty good location for those who like car watching. About 2 blocks from the boardwalk/beach. The pricing could be a bit more competitive as someone who likes to feel like they get a good deal. I also wish they included a few more cleaning supplies - think sample sizes (laundry detergent, soap or dishwasher pods, ect) like other properties we've stayed at. You will have to bring or purchase those things while down there. All in all, I would recommend just plan for what you'll want to bring along or b

I gave two stars because of the great location. Wow, this place was dirty. I had to clean it myself when I got here. 🤢 So we booked at the motel but we were upgraded to the South beach apartments, Madison beaches other property across the road. I was happy to see the nice pictures online of the apartment. Then we got here and I was disappointed. The front desk person was ok. The power went out for about 45 minutes but that's not their fault. Not sure about any cleaning or maintenance staff. First, the location is perfect. Love that part, close to the beach and boardwalk. The apartment itself, smelled musty and NOT even cleaned! I had to clean the kitchen counters, sweep the floors and wipe off the door due to dirty hand print on the inside. We came for Labor Day. The apartment was reasonably clean. The silver ware needed cleaning. The staff are really nice. Getting to the pool is a little longer then i liked. The parking is what it is. It's a small lot. But overall it it's a nice place. Dependig on the of season prices,, we would stay here again.

Nice place for a decent price. There were a few damages to the apartment that were not yet repaired before our stay but nothing to prevent us staying or enjoying our time there. The refrigerator was not working properly. The staff was very attentive. They immediately confirmed a faulty appliance, brought us a mini fridge to use temporarily and got a new fridge installed within a few short hours! Great customer service and would definitely return!!
