Sonesta Simply Suites Knoxville

I spent the night here during my roadtrip and it was very pleasant. My boyfriend and I got there at 3am and someone was there to assist us. However I do wish their prices were more clearly stated but we ended up paying $80 for a one bedroom. Definitely a solid place to stay if you’re in Knoxville, the rooms have a bathroom and kitchen as well.

Positive: Bed was comfortable Negative: It was FILTHY. I have pictures to prove it! My husband and I were sitting watching tv and a light bulb from my side of the bed hit the floor. The entire place stunk. There was a hole in our ceiling were sprinklers should have been and a water leak stain

Only thing the room needed was a different tv remote & drapery rod wouldn't work well. The drapes wouldn't close all the way. Besides that, the room looked like what the pictures show. I was surprised to find not 1 but 2 American's at the front desk. I normally have to chase down someone who is usually from the mideast countries. This was a pleasant change to have 2 people smiling when you walk in. I was attending a concert at Cotten Eyed Joes. This hotel was very convenient to the venue. The hotel is a no worry budget hotel. The rooms are nice & clean, staff is friendly. I didn't eat breakfast or explore the hotel. I was in a hurry for my concert.

For the price you can't beat it. We stayed in room 224. The best part about it is the location, right by turkey creek. Its a little outdated but im not complaining. Room cost less then 100 bucks and it came with a full size fridge freezer and queen size bed. Shower had really good pressure and hot hot water. The walls are a little thin but not horrible. Thanks sonesta simply suites. The wife and I had a great experience.

My Mercedes van broke down and needed a place to stay four nights. The room had a small kitchen so I could cook. All needed utensil, plates etc available. Also a toaster and coffee maker. The room was clean and well taken care of. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Rates very reasonable. Definitely stay here again.
