Sonesta ES Suites Allentown Bethlehem Airport

This hotel has gone down severely since my last stay 2 years ago. It is dirty, old, unkempt, the list goes on. On the shower wall there’s someone else hair. The carpet has burns or something on it I have no idea what. Iron doesn’t work. I would never put my clothes in the drawers because god knows what is in there, droppings maybe. I don’t know. Bed is uncomfortable. This will be my last and only stay here.

I booked the stay way before reading the reviews. I was concerned about the negative reviews I seen. Don't believe everything you read. This place wasnt at all the way others describe it. I got there early morning and worked with Jennifer who very accommodating and pleasant. I stayed in 223 which I thought was pretty nice. Everything was clean and smells fine. I never made it to breakfast but they had it set up nice when i was checking out. Id stay here again.

The woman at the front desk was alone and struggling with checking in a long line of guests. One guest returned 2 times because her room key did not work. When we finally checked in and went to our “suite” it was disappointing. I registered 3 guests with a queen bed and a pull out sofa. There were no sheets on the sofa bed and no sheets, blankets, towels or pillow cases for the 3rd person. when I called the front desk the housekeeping supervisor came in a little while. She said that “there are sheets on the bed, I can see them!”. I told her that we needed sheets, etc for the sofa bed and 3rd person. She first complained about the woman at the front desk, blaming her for not explaining correctly and then told me that we should have asked for the sheets, towels, etc. at check in for the 3rd

Tub was leaking at the spigot, the toilet paper roll was nearly ripped from the wall on the one side, a section of carpet was missed for vacuum. Staff was good. Lots of riff raff around though, can’t say it’s the hotels fault. Litter all over the place. Room was in need of an update and replacement lots of evidence of past water leaks. But overall it was a great price for a suite, not filthy or nothing, room could just use a deep clean and minor repairs. I don’t lose sleep over it due to the budget.

I recently stayed in room 130 building B. When I arrived it seemed like any other sonesta I've stayed at. Walking down the hall it seemed dated but I went with it. The room wasn't any better. The dishwasher was not mounted to the wall which is a safety concern while opening. It moved forward. The kitchen sink was falling down into the cabinet underneath and the exhaust fan above the stove top was not working. The bed was horrible and extremely uncomfortable. There was hair in the toilet and bathtub. Simple things, right? As the night went on my partner happen to find a cockroach in the bathroom. I woke up following him and went to get in the shower and there was another cockroach coming from the shower head. I freaked out. When I went to the front desk, the lady with blue hair showed 0 con
