Smart Stay Inn & Suites

We come here every year about 3 to 4 times. I just spent my birthday there and we enjoyed the hot tub as usual. Always clean and quiet. Breakfast is always good!!! Staff is always amazing. We really love this place and enjoy coming. Thanks again to all the staff who keeps this place a nice and safe place to find comfort for a weekend!!! We will be back very soon!!!!

Convenient location to all things St Augustine! Clean, efficient and friendly. Coffee, refrigerator, microwave, Roku tv. |Had everything you could need and full continental breakfast. Easy access to rooms. Staff were exceptional. This is my second visit and will be back!!

Staff: friendly Clean: horrible We stayed here for 1 night and it so happened that choosing a hotel was last minute and there was little choice. We were greeted by friendly staff. As for the rooms and amenities - I will say briefly: I can understand old furniture or a broken TV, but I cannot understand the lack of cleanliness in the room after cleaning. There were a lot of black hairs on the bed under the blanket... it is disgusting and unacceptable. We did not go to bed on this bed, but slept just on the blanket in our clothes and put our own towels under our heads (sorry, but we could not use the ones that were in the hotel). There was also a lot of small garbage on the floor. We paid $208 for not even being able to get into bed. I've never had anything like that before... Regarding brea

Great easy stay! We needed a pet friendly spot off 95 to stay for one night and glad to have found Smart Stay. We booked online through a 3rd party app, and got a really great rate. The pet fee is $10 (I believe per pet), beyond reasonable. Compared to a Tru across the street who quoted me $125 per pet. The beds were very comfortable, shower water is hot, and TV situation is great. Free breakfast from 7-10 along with really great customer service!
