Sleep Inn & Suites Near I-90 and Ashtabula

We stayed here overnight for our fishing trip to Conneaut. Was about a 20-30 drive. Rooms were clean , beds were comfortable. Pillows were small and to soft. Didn’t get to try breakfast Sunday morning as it didn’t start until 7 and we were leaving by 6:45. Would stay here again.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for the past month and have had a consistently great experience. The customer service is excellent, the rooms are very clean and well maintained, and the staff is friendly, professional, and accommodating. Any questions or requests are handled promptly, which makes long stays comfortable and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean place with reliable service.

Our stay was a great experience! Check in was easy, the room was very clean and the hotel staff were very nice. The continental breakfast was really nice too. I was glad there were a range of different options to choose from. Our room we had had a whirlpool tub which was SO nice to relax in. We loved that it was much bigger than ones we have had in the past at other hotels. The only reason I gave this rating a 9 was it was fairly difficult to get into and out of the tub because of the height and the wide width of the tile around the tub. It would be really nice if there could be steps with some sort of gripping on them. I'm glad there was a grab bar there! :) Again, this is my only reason for the score was a 9. I would definitely stay here again, and I would love to book the same room if p

When booking we confirmed the pool would be open. When we arrived we discovered the room temp of the pool was only 65f. The pool water was not terrible however when getting out of a pool it 65f it is cold. When I asked the person at the front desk at first he lied and said I don’t have a key. Eventually he did go into the pool room to adjust the heat and turned it up to 75f. He then stated the heat broken and maintence is not available on Sunday. He said he know the room was cold when I first mentioned it. The heat should have been addressed when it was discovered not working. We were told pool was in working order when we booked and again when we arrived which was not true. We were mislead.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff is the problem. Rude rude rude. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other 3 hotels next to and across the street from this one. Within an hour of checking in, we could see we made a mistake, asked if we could check out and get a refund. Was told no. The indoor pool room was 50 degrees and they refused to turn on the heat. Was told breakfast was from 6-9. At 8 my husband went to get food and was told he was too late. It was just all around a bad time. Do not recommend this place.
