Americas Best Value Inn Austinburg

The staff at this wonderful hotel are amazing! My car broke down in the middle of a move and because of my age no one else in town would give me a room, but I showed up here and they got me right in and then extended my stay two hours before I was supposed to check out when my car couldn't be fixed. The hotel is a tad dated but I don't think it impacted my experience at all. The folks at the front desk were the kindest human beings on the planet and if I'm ever in Austinburg I would stay again!

Extremely easy check in. Very nice staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Only complaint is the curtains need to be magnetic to stay against wall and windows while running the fan and the ice machine stopped producing ice on my last night. But everything else was great. See you next time!

Positive: It wasn’t dingy and poorly lit and sketchy looking as the other hotel nearby.It looked better kept and well lit with parking in view of the front doors.There was coffee available in the morning. I forget if there was a coffee maker in the room. Negative: In the olden days people were shorter. The shower in there is from the olden days. The shower head was at my chest level.

Stayed in a Valentine's Day suite with my wife and it was perfect.. The effort put into it by the staff was wonderful.. couldn't be more pleased. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Definitely will be back. Thank you America's Best!!

The staff is so amazing here. They deserve a upgraded Facility. I was extremely happy with the staff. And the cleanliness of the rooms. It's just the building is outdated. Cash only vending machines. Absolutely everything about this place is outdated. And for 2 hundred dollars 2 nites , not having an indoor pool or workout facility. Is a bummer. But the staff makes up for it.
