Sleep Inn & Suites Dover University Area

Outstanding personnel, clean comfortable room. Breakfast adequate. The room locks need work or replacement, they are old and it shows. Have to swipe several times for it to finally work. Still, I would stay here again. (One more time, great staff from the front desk to the room cleaning people!)

The room was nice looking, but the bed was HORRIBLE. I could feel the springs in the mattress and the metal edge of the mattress. The only way I was able to make it at all usable was to fold the blanket and bedspread for four times to add extra cushioning. Which meant I got to sleep with no covers of any sort. And the fixtures in the bathtub were rusty and gross looking. It’s a shame because the rest of the hotel was actually quite nice.

Positive: "" Negative: The first room reeked of cigarette smell. The second was some better but still pertty strong in the bed linens. No one at the front counter even after ringing the bell until I banged on the managers door, and then his greeting was simply, "Yes?"

Needed a quick stay due to a pipe break and it was the worse decision I made booking a room there! First, it was late so doors was locked when I arrived and it took someone over 5 mins to come to the front to open the doors! There were ppl roaming in and out of hotel. The room had stains all over the couch, all over the chair and all over the bed skirts!! They must pay ppl to write good reviews because that’s what I went off of the reviews!! I will never ever book a room there or even suggest that place! It’s disgusting! I also took pics as well

There was this terrible smell in the building when i first arrived. Check in was a breeze. Rooms can use a deep cleaning. Bathroom needs up dated. No light in the seating area by couch. Breakfast was good. This place was good for and over night wouldn't stay longer than that.
