Sleep Inn Pasco Tri -Cities

To be honest it would of been a 5 star review but the room door keep on malfunctioning. We ask the receptionist on multiple occasions and they did try to troubleshoot but then they said they would tell next shift and never did. I only know because I stayed her for two days and the next shift never knew. So, we constantly had to ask them to reset card, give us new cards, open the doors with key, until one receptionist thank god reset the actual door with her equipment.

Paige was so great while we were here recently. Her cheerful smile is very comforting. The service is to be awarded! Id come back to just see Amaya and Paige. The prices are decent and I felt very safe staying here. Its important to stay where you know people truly care about you.

To start off Paige was one of the nicest receptionist to answer the phone in Pasco! Upon arrival she immediately started getting things ready! She even went as far as having the cards ready for when the time to check us in came, she was ready! The process was quick and direct! At shift change, Zach came in, and kept the same positive attitude as Paige! His hospitality was amazing! He had a great positive attitude the whole time. Was very knowledgeable, and informative! I literally saw him clean the whole lobby! Not just the table, everything in the lobby got cleaned! Above and beyond would be the theme of this night! Thank you Paige, thank you Zach! By far the best costumer service experience I have had at a hotel!

The rooms were very clean and the service was AMAZING!! Paige was the receptionist who assisted us during our stay and she was the best! She was super respectful and was happy to help us with everything we needed.

The hotel was very pleasent, I enjoyed every moment and I especially enjoyed the amazing help that I got from amaia and page. The pool, hot tub and rooms were great and the breakfast was good.
