Courtyard by Marriott Pasco Tri-Cities Airport

I had a great stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Pasco Tri-Cities Airport. The location is incredibly convenient, being so close to the airport made travel stress-free. The service was excellent, especially at the Bistro. Even though I only had a few drinks and didn’t eat, the staff was attentive, friendly, and made the experience enjoyable. I had to cut my trip short unexpectedly, and the staff had no problem working with me to make that adjustment, which I truly appreciated. I also checked out very early (around 3:45 a.m.), and there was someone at the front desk ready and willing to help, something that really stands out. The area around the hotel is clearly growing, with new stores, restaurants, and coffee shops popping up, which makes this an even better place to stay. I would absolu

Positive: Location to air port. Cleanliness of room and grounds. Negative: For the most part the place met and exceeded my expectations, especially on New Year Eve. However that being said, it would have been nice if their restaurant was open so we did not have to look elsewhere for dining options. But I would stay again.

Modern clean hotel with great amenities. My double Queen bed room was big, clean, comfy, equipped with mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, smart TV with Netflix, Prime & more. Large bathroom with shower and tub. Everything functioned great. ||Large indoor pool was clean, I was surprised it wasn't heated (late October). Fitness Center was huge with so much clean modern equipment. ||Staff Jose & Nancy were friendly, professional & helpful.

Mixed Experience at This Marriott Location I recently stayed at this Marriott and found the experience to be a bit of a mixed bag. While the property itself was clean and the staff courteous, there were several aspects that made the stay less than ideal. The on-site dining was notably expensive, and the menu felt quite limited in variety—especially for the price point. If you’re planning to eat on property, be prepared for a narrow selection and a hefty bill. The pool area was nice, though it lacked a hot tub (which I knew going in). However, the pool itself was surprisingly cold, which made it less enjoyable for extended use. One of the biggest drawbacks was the noise from the room doors. Lovely experience at this Courtyard by Marriott near the Airport, from booking process to my actual stay. I found this property via Yelp then navigated to their website to find a great price. Called the property & Jose at front desk suggested I complete my booking online if I wanted to secure that best low low price (thanks Jose!). User friendly online booking process. Check-In was friendly & quick, thanks to Nancy at Front Desk. My room with 2 Queens was big, warm, cozy, everything clean & modern, everything actually FUNCTIONED! TV, Netflix, YouTube, fridge, microwave, great water pressure. Popped down to the pool & Fitness Center. Plenty of new clean, equipment, towels, etc. My entire stay was top notch!
