Faulty key readers. Had to show the girl at registration what was going on with the door and she still refused to believe me. The room was rough on the eyes as soon as I opened the door. Bathtub feels and sounds like it's going to fall into the floor as soon as you step into it. Privacy shades are inadequate, the lights right outside the door make it feel like it's daylight out even when it's pitch black out and reminder that this is a cheap establishment that allows for unruly children to run at full speed on the upper level. A lot of this stuff is simple fixes, you can do better.

It was disgusting asf there service was terrible, also the rooms were dirty there was flashing coming out the air conditioner. Me and my friend spent our whole time there killing flys. There was no working phones or alarms up. Also no lock on the door. We had to put our own latch and **** up there.

Rooms are a lot better now since they've been updated and remodeled now! Location kind of sucks since it's in an area where there's not much within walking distance. Only 3 fast food places to choose from. Owners and employees also charge you whatever they want instead of sticking to the daily rate that's on their website!

Booked a room with them through booking.com. They refused to check me in stating that booking gave them a "Fake Credit Card". They offered to charge me again at exorbitant rate to stay ($260). Would not recommend.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Do NOT stay here! We made a reservation with these guys online, stated that I wouldn’t be able to check in till 1am because of the distance. They stated that was perfectly fine. Got to the location at about 1am (mind you it’s behind a truck stop and hard to find). Went inside a side room off of their truck stop and the guy came over and when we told them we would were checking in he tells us “No room. Sorry, No room.” We showed him our booking ticket online and he said “No, No room. Sorry, no room.” Wouldn’t even look at the booking ticket. Called the company number to report that we came to our hotel, only to find they had given away our room we had reserved. The help desk saw that our room was confirmed to be available to us but that the hotel had no more room and had
