Hampton Inn & Suites Pasco/Tri-Cities

Nice looking hotel. Also very clean. I wouldn’t recommend staying if you struggle with noise and sleeping. This is definitely not your place for a relaxing get away for a night. Walls are paper thin. Not only do you hear others but you also hear absolutely every noise outside due to the placement of the hotel and where it was built.|While the staff was nice, they seemed bothered.|I requested a room that was among the quieter section of the hotel, and unfortunately, I was provided a room on the second floor in the middle of the hotel, surrounded by occupants with a hotel occupancy of less than 50%. The parking lot was practically empty.|Not to mention, they neglect to let you know that there is a racing crew that hangs out on the weekends next door and likes to drag Burden blvd. right next

The Hampton inn in Pasco was outstanding. The rooms are clean. Everything worked in the rooms. Even the little things like the USB plugs worked. The breakfast was good. The parking was easy. The last the front desk named Tiffani was really nice to me. This was literally the perfect hotel. Parking was easy. It was close to the airport. I have no complaints and nothing but good things to say about this place.

Great place to stay with a family, and near the airport. Had a small issue with one of our rooms but that was quickly and professionally resolved by their General Manager Monica.

Let's just go in order. 1. Checked in online as was requested. Picked my room. Upon entering hotel was not given that room, but a room on the 1st floor (I like 4th/highest for least amount of noise/foot traffic). We ended up getting a move to the third floor as it was noisy as there was a softball tournament happening. Just noisy when after a long day of travel we wanted to sleep, and there should have been quiet hours applied for 9:30-10:00pm for a hotel. Evening front desk girl was fantastic, thank you for switching us. 2. One of the worst showers I have ever experienced. No water pressure, and overall just felt like I was bathing in an iceberg the entire time. Wasn't a fun experience! 3. Absolutely zero details about the pool/hot tub being closed! Due to... painting?
