Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pasco-Tricities

I joined our family in Pasco, WA for a hockey tournament weekend and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites. A very pleasant stay. The facilities were extremely clean, including the indoor pool area that had a lot of little hockey players using the pool each afternoon. The breakfast buffet was plenitful and the food was fresh with a lot of breakfast variety.|The staff was delighful and most helpful. All staff that i encountered were extremely professional and friendly.|Our room was very clean and beds very comfortable,|The hotel is well located to the Hapo Center, ice rink and sports facilities.||Thank you for making the stay so pleasant and comfortable.

We got in late last night and Connor who helped up was so helpful he truly made sure we felt ok and our rooms were fine. We how we have service allergies those rooms are so Clean there is no pet hair. Breakfast was phenomenal.

Clean facility, kind and hospitable staff and the location was great. Our kids enjoyed the pool and we all found something to eat at breakfast. The first hotel that we were able to stay very comfortably as a family of 7. The 2 queen bed room plus sofa bed was huge and we were able to get a crib for the baby.

IHG needs to use this hotel for their standard.. it is one of the best properties I have stayed at in a long time. The staff was phenomenal, the rooms were super nice and the bed was amazing. Shower pressure was on point. And the breakfast.. they know how to do it right!!

Staff very welcoming as soon as you enter door. Hotel is very well kept and always very clean. Room was very comfortable and low noise for how close it is to highway. Coffee and breakfast area is above average for most hotels in the price range. Staff in breakfast area keep everything spotless clean. Hot food is never cold and fruit is always fresh. We go out of our way to stay here. Excellent value for what you get.
