Sleep Inn Ormond Beach - Daytona

We were traveling to Ormond Beach for Christmas 🎄 vacation and this location was chosen n for us because of it location to all the festivities. It's centrally located in a great spot so that was a plus. The hotel was subpar a bit outside my norm of Hilton Honors. The room looked ok it was very small, the beds weren't as comfortable. And alot of hotels are changing over to the down feather pillows which I truly hate because it has no support. The front desk did give us extra pillows which I appreciate. We were gone fir most of the day on Christmas 🎄 Eve and when I got back to the room, we hadn't received any room service. I went downstairs for more towels and washcloths and asked was there a procedure for getting cleaning services because we didn't receive any. The front desk guy only took

The room was a little hot even though the ac was on the lowest setting. The bathroom is on a different issue. Due to the room being for a handicapped person I understand that there wasn’t much room between the shower head and the curtains and all the water splash out. Lastly the paper thin wall, for a hotel that allows dogs I was not prepared for night full of barking. Worst experience completely

I want to give the front desk staff Michelle a huge thank you! While we had a few issues during our stay Michelle handled them with such grace and understanding. She provided great customer service and is a true leader! Michelle definitely is 5 start employee! For those staying here, please note this hotel is dog friendly;does have a smoke and mildew odor and is truly in need of a good cleaning, maintenance and renovation.

Positive: The location was great and the bed was comfortable. Negative: If they say they offer complimentary breakfast, the least they could do is have the juice dispenser work and also have a few fruit and hot dishes. Very disappointing breakfast. A few guests came and saw and went back to their rooms.

I stayed at the Sleep Inn in Ormond Beach on November 11th, and unfortunately this was a very disappointing experience. To start, I was charged an extra $30 incidental fee for something I did not break or consume. On top of that, I was placed in a handicap-accessible room for no apparent reason, which felt odd given availability. When I entered the room, there was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain, which immediately raised cleanliness concerns. The room also had a strong, unpleasant odor, almost as if an ionizer had been running, but the smell lingered and made the space uncomfortable. Throughout my stay, there appeared to be a vagrant presence around the property, and it was very obvious that marijuana was being smoked in a nearby room. Even more concerning, the side door
