Sleep Inn Missoula Southgate

The room was super clean and cozy, the bed was so nice and comfy, the shower was amazing. Nice and quiet room, The pool and hot tub are the cleanest I've ever seen. The staff are wonderful. I paid through a booking agent so I can't compare prices. My two complaints are the soda vending machines ate my money or were sold out of everything and the yard has quite a bit of dog poop. Contental breakfast was awesome.

The Hotel is very clean . The Staff was friendly and cordial. Parking is very good for handicaps such as my wife . The room was clean and had everything we needed ! The six oclock breakfast worked well for us . The food was good and plenty of it ! I do have one suggestion however ! The TV remote has to be more senior accessible . There are no directions for use . Many of us seniors depend solely on the TV when traveling ! Many motels have a photo of the remote and identify the reason for them . May seem trivial but it sure would help seniors . Thank you

Steven at the front desk was absolutely amazing!! From the moment my moment my mother and I walked in the door, he greeted us with a warm welcome and a smile. His humor made for an enjoyable stay. I would definitely give him a raise!

Positive: The staff was very accommodating, pleasant and helpful. She fixed me a plate while I took out my service dog after I had gotten a late start. We had a wonderful chat while she finished her job. She made my stay memorable. 5 star service Negative: ""

We only stay here because it's close to our daughter's home, and then we don't have to travel clear across town. It is quiet, so we do sleep soundly, but the bathrooms aren't really very clean *shower doors, and surround are mildewy. Breakfast this past time was gross. I'm not sure what kind of eggs those were but flat, tasteless, pancake shaped eggs are NOT good.
