Sleep Inn Miami Airport

We called ahead for the airport shuttle and gave them our zone. They let us know the shuttle was leaving then to pick us up. We waited 30 minutes. They stopped and told us they were full and they wouldn't be coming back for us. We had to purchase an Uber. The main reason we chose Sleep Inn was for the shuttle. On the hottest setting, the shower was barely warm. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but I wont be staying again or recommending them.

I went to 3 separate rooms and they were ALL DISGUSTING!!! Extremely dirty and gross. I hope that no one ever stays at this raggedy motel again. One room had food under the bed. The second room had a needle under the bed. You're lucky that I didn't get stuck. I would've sued. The third room had a dead cockroach on the floor as soon as I walked in. I hope that this place gets shut down. You should be ashamed of yourself. I hope that you got a lump of coal for Christmas.

DISSAPOINTED, DIRTY, AND OVERPRICED. I couldn’t get a shuttle ride to the hotel for my 9:30 PM arrival, which was disappointing since I had chosen this hotel for it's shuttle service and breakfast. At check-in, I requested to be moved to a higher floor due to personal reasons related to past experiences, but the clerk refused and clearly lacked customer service skills. When I entered my room, I immediately noticed a musty, mildew-like smell and high humidity. Room 114 had a creepy door connecting to another room where some loud guests were staying, which made me feel uneasy. I was up all night feeling scared, and my daughter couldn’t sleep either because the guest next door was on the phone so loud. I heard loud voices and slamming doors throughout the whole night. The shower was not clea

I didn’t not like my stay at this hotel from the moment we checked in at front desk , the worker behind that computer was not pleasant processional at all. Not type of welcoming you felt or hospitality. His name was angel. He was very rude. He gave me a room on the first floor facing the parking lot. I asked to be switched to the third floor and he said there was no rooms ready or clean and it was already 3pm check in time. I asked him when will it be ready he doesnt know that’s the cleaning services” his response. So I said ok I’ll stay where I am worst ever. The rooms feel like you are living with your next door neighbor. 2 times there was arguments on the parking lot people screaming. I didn’t not feel comfortable here. It’s a not again for me!

You know what you are getting in an airport hotel. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space in the double room. Front desk/hotel workers were very kind and flexible. They got us in 2 hours early so we could drop off our bags. Checkout took 30 seconds. Amazing price especially on a weekend with a special event (college football national championship.
