Atrium Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

We chose this hotel for its convenient location near the airport. While the location worked well for us, there were a few challenges during our stay. The bathroom could have been cleaner upon arrival, there is no elevator (which was a bit difficult with larger luggage), and the airport shuttle ran later than expected. I share this feedback kindly and hope it’s helpful for future improvements.

Older property. |All public doors are all very dirty (knobs, push bars, etc.). Not too inspiring when you first walked in. Even doors to lovely backyard full of palm trees.|When I walked to my room a distinct smell of marijuana was in the hallway. Glad it did not smell in the room. Although door dies not fit in frame properly. |You can see the effort of making it look good. The walls look like they have been painted over and over for decades. Even hardware rusting under paint. |Everything is or look dirty (walks, doirs, windows,…).|Very small washroom with shower. Decent place to stay if you're looking for the basic necessities or you're needing a last minute room thanks to the winter weather of January 23-25, 2026. The room was reasonably clean and the water was hot. Our TV did not have cable for some reason however there were plenty of streaming services available. We did have to wait over an hour for the airport shuttle then we had to sit in the lobby for 3 hours for our room to be ready. Overall it was a decent place to stay.

The hotel is decent, and the staff is friendly, but my room was very dated. I hate when the bathroom light and exhaust fan are the same switch and the fan is loud. I tend to write decent review, for $125 I expected better. The biggest disappointment was the hotel shuttle. I bioked this hotel partly bcuz it was near the airport AND had a hotel shuttle. I had to call 4 times and finally a shuttle came and picked me up after I waited 2 hours. I had to run into the street to flag him down bcuz he was driving in the far left lane. He even said had I not flagged him down he would've kept going. Plz fix the shuttle fiasco

The room was nice and cold. I love when the room is cold. It didn't have a fridge tho in the room.. the ice machine was downstairs and there's no elevator. For a short stay with no luggage this place is fine. For a longer stay with luggage might wanna look for other options or make sure your on the first floor. Also very little options to eat in the area. Everything is pretty much driving distance. I did see complimentary breakfast sign downstairs. Haven't tried it.
