Comfort Inn & Suites Miami International Airport

Stayed here the day before our cruise and the rooms were nice and spacious. The staff was friendly and handled all of our needs promptly. The shuttle service from Miami Airport and to the Port was amazing and included in the stay, which was a big reason we booked this hotel. The only complaint I had was some water issues, as the hot water was more warm than hot. Other than that, it was a great place to stay when coming or going from a cruise ship, in my opinion.

This is a great hotel to stay, if you are arriving for stay over before the cruise. All amenities met the expectations, and staff is very friendly. They will provide information needed. They have a free shuttle to cruise terminal. Beware that the person who is managing the shuttle is very pushy to buy return journey from Cruise terminal to Airport. He quoted 3x the normal price. He claimed the UBER or lyft cost is huge to get to airport, no UBER available, etc. Don't trust him. When you arrive just, book UBER normally. We paid about 40USD to get to airport for family of 4.

Good value; pleasant, helpful staff. Convenient for a stay between flights and a cruise. However we got an answering service when we called for a shuttle pick-up at the airport (3 times); we were fortunate to see the Comfort Inn Van so were able to get a transfer. The transfer to the cruise terminal required sitting on a big bus for 35 minutes before we left the hotel with 3 passengers standing in the aisle. Total time from boarding the bus to drop off (we were the 2nd ship of 3) was over an hour. The driver was courteous and efficient.

😊: Airport shuttle was great. And free! Great big room for families. Great as a transit place to / from airport.. 😢: Typical American breakfast options. All sugar - waffles, cereals, sugary oatmeal, yoghurt and suspicious meat / scrambled eggs. I had a banana and green tea....If you are looking for something healthy, this is not the place. Shop options nearby are expensive! $11 for mouthwash. Only buy absolute necessities..

It's a pretty basic room and hotel. It was good for what we needed - a holdover for our cruise. The breakfast is just ok. Bathroom is nice. Decent mattress. Walls are somewhat thin, could here people coughing. It does provide a complimentary shuttle from the airport to the hotel, as well as from the hotel to Miami cruise port. That is probably the best feature!
