Sleep Inn Columbus Ft Benning

Really great atmosphere... quiet, exactly what we needed, not too fancy, beds were very soft im out as soon as i hit the bed. 15 mins to fort Benning. Simple breakfast was awesome, and the staff was very nice. Would stay here again. Loved it!

The hotel was overall clean. The breakfast food was good but the waffle timers didn't work, the sausage wasn't refilled promptly, and many items left empty. Another major issue for me was the lack of vents in the bathrooms. Showering and having the room filled with humidity is awful.

This property is very nice. Ample parking and very welcoming lobby. Our room was really lovely and clean. There was no carpet in the room which was appreciated. The breakfast room was clean and well stocked, thanks to JJ, who we enjoyed speaking with. This was great for its proximity to Ft. Moore and also for places to eat, and Walmart. ||It was a bit aggravating to not be able to get a luggage trolley. Also, the elevator is a bit scary. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay.

First of all I want to thank Dipa, the hostess and also the manager, they were very kind and attentive. The rest of the staff were very kind too. The room was clean and neat. The bed was super comfortable and last but not least, JJ the cook went out of her way to make sure I was taken care off. All and all great experience and got out more than what I paid for. This was a very bad experience for me and my family. Booking the room was a breeze. However, when we arrived and opened the door, my daughter and i was not very pleased with the room. Things were very nasty the sheets wasn't changed stains on the covers the bathroom wasn't touch. There appeared to be a blood stain on the ceiling. Very uncomfortable feeling. Then next day we hauled ass getting out that place. The area appeared to be not safe. I was sold on the pictures and they are very deceiving. After all that I'm fighting trying to get my money back. They charged me for both nights when i only stayed one. Then there is another charge on my card for the one night but no pending refund. Trying to find Corporate office number to reach out no luck as of yet. I will not give up until I'm sati
