I am beyond frustrated with the unacceptable level of service I am receiving from the front desk manager at this property. As a Diamond Member, I should not be fighting the same battle every single night over a credit card authorization form. I use the same card saved in the official app. It has already been verified and processed multiple times. Yet every evening this manager creates a new problem as if he has no understanding of how the system works. This is not a one-time misunderstanding — this is a pattern of incompetence. On top of that, communication is extremely difficult due to his very poor English skills. I had difficulty with the heavy scent of the cleaning product as well as the heavy smell of smoke in the first floor area. There was even the smell of smoke in our bathroom on the third floor, possibly due to the shared ventilation system. The room itself was clean and spacious, but the bathroom was a bit shabby with peeling wallpaper and cracked tiles. That is not a deal-breaker for me, but I would not recommend it to a friend.

Positive: "" Negative: There was mold, family got sick- when brought up to management they blamed me stating I probably put the mold in there. Hospitality would?ve recognized this when doing their daily cleanings and there would?ve been an issue.

I had a reservation this week and it was originally for 4 nights but I only stayed there three. The room I was giving had mold in it right around the air conditioner. The room had a very damp and musty smell and odor to it. I probably should have changed it that night but I didn't really notice how bad it was until the next day. That's when I took a closer examination and saw the mold around the AC unit. That meant whenever this was running and putting out heat or any type of air it was carrying mold into the entire room. The next night I dress us with the front staff and they gave me a room without mold. I feel like they shouldn't have given me that room at all and no one should have that room.

Hotel was nice and clean. Nothing fancy but I wasn't expecting it. Had a couple bad reviews but I found none of those issues. I was pleased with the rooms. Breakfast was a little lacking.Staff was friendly except for one man at the front desk. Conveniently located to Ft. Mead, Baltimore and Annapolis. I'd stay again.
