Holiday Inn Columbia East-Jessup, an IHG Hotel

Stayed at this hotel whilst visiting Baltimore for an event. I was welcomed warmly by Sumaya and she was friendly and very professional. My room was very spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a powerful shower with fluffy towels provided and was also very clean. This is one of the best Holiday Inn hotels I have stayed in. Breakfast was very good and tasty. The lobby was well laid out and ambience was great. Very accessible as well and centrally located .||Nothing was too much trouble for Sumaya, who was very helpful with queries. Jessica on the other hand was rude and had an attitude when I dealt with her. She needs to be more professional as this could put people off. ||I would stay here again. Highly Recommended!

Staff was great and stay was great. I usually opt for a king size room. No complaints. Room was clean. Nice little view, bed was comfy. I would return

Positive: People Negative: My phone in room was not working and no way to call front desk. My key did not work for the back door for my whole stay. I had to call and wait for someone to let me in.

Rooms were nice, i had a terrible day already with the person who made it worse and Dwayne the front desk makes jokes with them as i walk away in quiet frustration. This evidently made my day my week everything worse. Never coming here again because of that, other than rooms were nice. Just made me feel even more crappy on wat i thought a special day.

I found this hotel very clean with excellent customer service. However, I was very placed on the bottom floor which doesn't have access to elevators. It was troublesome dragging the luggage down 2 flights of steps. I also didn't feel safe with the doors. The security on them needs a lot of updating.
