Quality Inn Jessup - Columbia South Near Fort Meade

***CAUTION*** I had three rooms under two reservations for three nights each 1/23/2026 through 1/26/2026. When we returned to the hotel Sunday night after extending the stay due to heavy snow, there were two men in my granddaughter’s room. It’s been over a week and the hotel manager has not called me as promised after numerous messages, emails, and a detailed written note left at the front desk for a call to explain what happened and how. Security footage was supposed to have been checked, but we have no information about how two men either got in or were let into the room. My granddaughter was shaken and crying after the incident. She was given another room for the night, but that’s an inadequate response to this dangerous incident. 2/4/2026 update - after over a week trying to contact

The Manager is very rude. No customer service at all. He is vindictive, revengeful. He noted on my account that I could not have a late checkout and to hold an excessive security deposit. I still have not received it returned as far as I know. I did have to stay late on my previous visit due to illness. I did NOT take anything nor cause any damage. My only wrongdoing was that I had to stay later than I had planned previously. I am soooo disappointed with this hotel and am actively seeking other possibilities. This Manager should be fired.

This place is NOT pet friendly. I called a few days ahead and booked this hotel. They told me it was pet friendly and would be $25 pet fee. I showed up at 9:00pm and they told me no pets allowed. This is ridiculous. And now I have to find a new hotel at 9:00pm that accepts pets. Ridiculous.

I paid for our rooms on Priceline and then they told me that I had to pay $100.00 fee per room I said no it was paid in full on Priceline and she proceeded to tell me that it was a separate required fee and do I give her permission to charge my credit card so I asked her what did I pay for with Priceline and here is my conformation number so she said it had nothing to do with the fee but if you damage the room it will be refunded in a couple of days so I never gave her permission since I already paid for my rooms. Going forward I learned to do better research on location and the hotel.
