Sleep Inn Clovis

Kinda bummed because 4 years ago this was my go-to. The bed is comfortable and I personally like the pillows. Our tub needs a good scrub and fresh paint bad, my sons first response was about the bath tub, the lamp shades are covered in dirty finger prints, there is a chewed up piece of the gum in the corner, the baby play pin has some form of slop all on the side walls. Clearly the cleaning staff is careless.. we mainly came so the boys could swim in the pool because it’s freezing outside and they need things to do. But the pool was the same as being outside. The hot tub was nice though. I’m pretty sure a fight just finished happening outside in the hallway mind you this is nothing personal with the hotel but this whole 2nd floor felt like a college dorm hallway starting at 2. The evening staff was very helpful and polite. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The coffee pot didn’t work and was replaced the next day. The small refrigerator door wouldn’t close and the bathtub needed to be reglazed and the bathtub wall had some mold. . The TV remote didn’t work and the person from the desk came and worked on the tv. The breakfast was ok, the orange juice seem to be watered down. We made our reservations on the phone and was told the $35.00 pet deposit per day would be refunded. When we checked out we asked about our pet deposit refund. We were told it was a pet cleaning fee and there would be no refund. The day time staff was not that friendly. We asked for a first floor room and was told they weren’t booking the first floor at this time. If we stay t

Rooms smell stale. Bath tub has rust in it. AC doesn’t cool well. Something was on the bed skirt, not sure we want to know…Front desk person was very cordial.

Okay accommodation but lights didn't work well in bathroom and drains ran slow in sink and bathtub shower. Needs updating in areas where fixes were made. Bathroom off lobby broken receptacle in ens bathroom. Under sink cupboard door fell off. Bathroom was not cleaned fromMonday to Friday. Trash can was full. Complimentary breakfast was good. Nice lady working the front desk overnight. Very accommodating

Rooms are dated, had issues with one room with the tv and fridge not working. Moved to another room smells like someone recently smoked a whole pack of cigarettes in it. There was a sewing needle stuck into the couch. Room did not feel clean. Staff was super nice.
