Not terrible for what it is, convenient location + shuttle is nice. There definitely was a mild odor that smelled like mildew and pee but it wasn’t the end of the world. Keycard didn’t work second night but that was sorted out easily. Accommodating staff, relatively clean room. would recommend for short stays

The bed was great. That was the main thing. If not for that, the score would be much lower. There was a skunky smell in the hall (fourth floor, I think)). The carpets need a real cleaning, especially the elevator. The hotel is dark and the lobby is somewhat foreboding. The door to the bathroom was falling off its hinges - there was only one screw in each of the top two hinges and they were loose (I tightened them to keep the door from falling off). The faucet cartridge was leaking all over the countertop at the sink. The showerhead to pipe joint could use a couple wraps of teflon tape as it is leaking as well. The breakfast buffet was sparse (we got there shortly after it opened), with only four plates and three bowls on it. My wife and I shared one so the family behind us could have some

Positive: "" Negative: They do not provide towels or clean your room daily. When we requested towels they repeatedly said they do not have clean towels on hand two days in a row. They also have bugs at this hotel.

The hotel Is close enough to the airport, so for the location it's not bad. However, we rented in two rooms as we had a total of six people. The key cards constantly stopped working for the second room and we were just being told to not have them near our cell phones, which we didn't. Then, and the second room there was a cockroach crawling across the floor where my toddler was running around. I squashed it and took it to the front desk and simply asked for a refund on one night stay for the room we found it in. The lady that was working the desk at night said that I would have to talk to the supervisor when he got in in the morning as she doesn't have the ability to issue refunds. There were a bunch of flights canceled out of Atlanta, so every hotel in the area was completely booked so we

⚠️⚠️ ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING — STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL ⚠️⚠️ I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so bad I feel obligated to warn others. THE FLOOR WAS COMPLETELY WET when I arrived — not just damp, but literally soaked — and it came with a MOLDY, SKUNKY, ROTTEN SMELL that hit me the second I walked in. It smelled like a mix of mildew, dirty mop water, and something straight up spoiled. I couldn’t tell if it was mold, sewage, or both, but it was unbearable. The odor lingered in the room and hallway, making it impossible to feel comfortable or clean. It honestly felt unhealthy. A hotel room should be a place to rest — instead, I spent my time feeling grossed out and on edge. THIS IS NOT NORMAL. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Between the soaking wet floors and the strong moldy/skunky
