Signature Hotel

Very low‑end budget property with serious cleanliness, maintenance, and safety concerns, despite its convenient I‑55 location and cheap rates. Very low price point (in the mid‑$30s to low‑$40s per night) with basic in‑room utilities such as air‑conditioning, mini‑fridge, microwave, TV, free parking, and 24‑hour front desk. But, this hotel is suitable only for travelers who absolutely must minimize cost and are willing to accept significantly substandard conditions, and is a poor choice for families, business travelers, or anyone prioritizing safety, comfort, or professional service.

This hotel is the worst ever. The front desk staff rude. Workers look like they high off drugs. No housekeeping u can’t get Clean towels and u have to clean your own room. People sitting all out in the front entrance employees looking ghetto. The owner the Indian lady told front desk to refund my money and check me out because I kept asking for my room to be cleaned after I’d been there 3 weeks with no amenities NOTHING!!

Ì must say my experiences here at Signature Hotel has always been great. I do not have any complaints. I love the size of the rooms. It's so easy to make this place home. The people at the front desk are really nice. In the rare event there were an issue Front Desk was address any concerns without any problems.

The appearance of this hotel from the outside is extremely deceiving. This property should not be rated as a two-star hotel. Frankly, it should not be operable at all. This is clearly a long-stay property that appears to be housing people in extremely poor conditions. Many of the occupants looked homeless, and there was constant loud talking and noise at all hours. The walls are paper-thin, making it impossible to rest. The room was filthy. Housekeeping does not clean. they only make the bed, and even that was unacceptable. The bedsheet had blood stains all over it. The bed was covered in hair, there were bugs on the ceiling, and the entire room had a strong, unpleasant smell. There was no hot water at all. Inside the wardrobe, we found old clothes belonging to previous occupants, which

The staff was really great, and so were the customers. I've talked to a lot of them, and these are the kinds of things I love to experience throughout my road trip. But the state of the hotel and hygiene really need to be reviewed. I didn't enjoy having to squash my cockroach friends during my three interminable nights, while my roommates had the TV on at full volume when I left in the morning, came back in the evening, and even during the night... But it's a part of the adventure, right?
