The Westin Jackson

One fellow was holding it down by himself in th rain and nobody was helping him. He did a great job in the valle service on March 7th.On March 8th, valle service was friendly and helpful. On March 9th, Lehenry had amazing customer service. He was the only one who spoke to us at the valle section. The front desk worker on the morning shift on March 9th was very friendly and the staff greeted us. The housekeeper was very nice and provided us fresh towels. Room service was friendly.

We were treated so well here. As a platinum member, we got upgraded and also got free breakfast every day. Breakfast was so good. We really enjoyed our stay here. Spa wasn’t great so may need to skip it.

This hotel lives up to a good standard. Everything is as expected. Breakfast is good, rooms are clean and spacious. Gym is great, and the pool is nice. I think the spa could be a bit more affordable, but I didn’t try it. Reception was great and helpful at all times. I really have no complaints😄

Positive: Nothing Negative: The location and parking. The breakfast was nasty and over priced. I was lied to about parking and how I was to be charged. My shower headed was low flowing and that's after it was changed. The soap dispenser was broken and tub wasn't cleaned properly.

What should have been a routine and comfortable stay from February 27 through March 1, 2026, turned into a nightmare that has left us feeling violated, dismissed, and utterly disgusted with this property and its management. On February 28, 2026, $198 in cash was stolen from our room—Room 1014 on the Executive floor—while we were away from the property. The theft occurred sometime between 11:40 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. When we reported the incident, we were informed the next day that our room had been accessed numerous times throughout the day using a guest key.
