Hampton Inn & Suites Jackson Downtown-Coliseum

Upon arriving late realized too late that the shower gel bottle was empty. The shower door track was full of moldy dirt. Room didn’t rate to the Hilton standards of quality. Disappointing I did let the hotel know through the web app chat. I’m in town for a relative early surgery

Positive: "" Negative: Was told we would have breakfast with room. When i asked the next morning I was informed by desk in a very snotty way that no breakfast, it's a holiday. I paid for something I didn't get and did not appreciate how I was told.

I stayed here one night for business. I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Clean bedding and towels. The breakfast was great. I will definitely be staying here everytime I come to Jackson!

Bed was clean but otherwise the room was so minimally cleaned I didn't want to touch the floor with bare feet. Both of our bedside lamps did not work which left us with one working lamp in the whole room. Staff was VERY kind and truly seemed to want to help and offered a room change but my stay was only one night and we just needed a clean bed.

I booked this hotel via Chase and it was a big mistake. I opted for the bed plus kitchen room as I have a small kid and we need the kitchen for baby food and stuff. This has to be one of the worst maintained property I have ever lived in. The whole property seems to be breaking apart. Lights not working, absence of trash bags, absence of paper towels, any kind of cutlery or kitchen utils. The room was supposed to have a sofa bed but there was no sofa bed only a small sofa. If you are looking for a decent property avoid this one for sure.
