Baymont Inn & Suites is a very nice hotel. The reception, housekeepers and managers, they're all very friendly, very helpful. The rooms are very kept clean, yes, they were short of staff, the first night we arrived, but we do need to help and clean small things that we see, and not take them out of proportion. Because doing this storm disaster, with the small number of housekeepers, they had the first night stay. The staff could only do what they could do. We cannot come here and think that it's going to be clean like our homes. No, we have to help keep our rooms clean as well, I have loved staying here for five nights. Great place. I’ve been all over America and stayed at many hotels. First impressions speak volumes. Baymont by Windham has the cleanest, most comfortable rooms with Smart T.V.’s. The parking lot is extremely clean and well lit. The rooms look and smell inviting. The continental breakfast tastes like it was made with love. The fitness rooms have the newest features for working out your soreness from your travels. Even their pool was glistening clean with a locking fence around it for safety for non swimmers after hours. A plus !! Their internet and wi-fi is outstanding with no issues. All staff greeted me with genuine smiles and cheerful hospitality and asked how else they could be of service. My search for my home away from home has ended. Baymont by Windham has won me over. Positive: Check in was good. And breakfast host was nice Negative: The hotel has roaches . Room 401 and the assistant manager promised to email me with resolution for my inconvenience and didn't. I had to email the cooperate for the hotel to get back to me and they offered 30% off a future stay. Not gonna be staying

I felt safe. I was extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was fabulous. The entire hotel was clean and inviting, quiet and peaceful and very easily accessible from I 55. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

The hotel clerk at check in was friendly and helpful! The room (king) was clean and good sized, bed was comfy to boot! The breakfast was well laid out and the sausage gravy was yummy. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the area!
