DO NOT STAY HERE. First room tv did not work, refrigerator was not working. After a long day with family for a funeral. We were fed lies about when someone would come and check on things and move us, so we couldn't get comfortable. We were told maintenance was cleaning up a spill however the actual lobby had flooded. After 3 calls downstairs, someone finally came. Was asked if i wanted to have them look at room first i said yes.Trusted the room was fine tv was still not right, but at this point we were exhausted. Disgusted with this place. Power went out at 3 am. They only have 1 generator. Did not come back on until almost 11 am, so no water. The staff did not seem to care. Especially after walking down 6 flights of stairs for some kind of information. NO MICROWAVES in the rooms. I calle

I recently stayed at this hotel while attending a church conference and, unfortunately, my experience was mixed. This was disappointing, as I am a Hilton Honors member. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Nia, whose customer service was truly exceptional. She was professional, personable, and attentive, easily deserving of 100 out of 10 stars. Kimberly was equally impressive and provided outstanding service. Their hospitality immediately created a positive first impression. Although the property appears somewhat dated, the lobby and downstairs restrooms were clean and smelled fresh. Initially, I did not understand why the hotel had received lower ratings. Location was easy to find. The lobby is very nice. My room was clean but the absence of a headboard was weird. The tv reception wasn’t very good but I watched a show on my iPad. For the price it was a good deal. It was quiet. Nia was vey helpful at my checkout. I had to leave a day early and she made the process seamless.

Positive: The staff was amazing! They were friendly, kind, and authentic. Negative: Desperate need for renovation! Lamps were rusted. Stain on the carpet. Unusual smell. Not offensive but bold. Seriously dated. Quite disappointed with this Hilton property.

Let me preface by saying Nia and Katrina are great at the front desk. Five stars for both. Only reason for 4 stars on the service is the housekeeping staff. Room was pretty dirty when I arrived (not vacuumed, mopped, etc). Hair (not mine) on floor and vanity. Fingernail on carpet under desk. Tv didn't work properly (blue tint), shower leaks and has mold. Shower floor looks filthy, etc etc. It looked like the only thing that was done between me and the last guest was (hopefully) changing the sheets and making the bed. I didn't mention it to the front desk because others in our group had the same type issues, so didn't want to move only to have the same conditions. Nia and Katrina were fantastic the entire time.
