I have been here 20 years and very little has changed or happened around here till this week. The new management and employees are amazing. Fixing things that have needed it fir years. The place us now cheerful as well. Valentines decor in office. April is nice and treats you like a person not an annoyance. If things need fixed Jim goes above and beyond. This place is better than its ever been. I look forward to seeing what they do next.

My hubby and I have been here since April. The staff was very welcoming and they are pet friendly. The rooms aren't bad. They are typical for motels and I have definitely seen worse. The fact that there is a fridge and stove top makes it great compared to many other places. There has recently been a change in staff. Tina is at the front desk and is super nice and helpful. Jim, the new maintenance man is great. He's nice and gets to everything in a timely manner. The new manager Joseph really seems to be putting in the work to get things taken care of here that had been put off before. He works with the people here when life happens. Speaking for myself personally. I have lived hear on site the past few months. I am also employed hear as well and my fiance lives hear also. I want to say regarding my neighbors hear who are all in the same boat as I am regarding living hear and are all my equal...THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME FEEL LIKE PART OF A COMUNITY. FOLKS HEAR TRY AND LOOK OUT FOR ONE ANOTHER IF SOMEONE IS HUNGRY NEEDS HWLP CARRYING SOMETHING MAYBE SOME CLOTHES FOLKS PULL TOGETHER. AS FAR AS THE NOW ON UNEMPLOYMENT MANAGER YES I AGREE HE WAS NOT A GOOD FIT AND S FAR AS THE NEW MANAGER APRIL SHE IS A WONDERFULL FIT AND DONT LOOK DOWN AND TALK DOWN TO OUR RESIDENTS. Joe & Jim are WONDERFUL!!! There have been a few "incidents " since their arrival (there ALWAYS are lol), & everything has been handled very professionally, yet friendly. A LOT of work has been done in improvements at this property, & we are very much looking forward to seeing what these 2 great guys have in store for the future of this location. January 26th...won't let me put in another review, so...my door had been messed up since I moved in 3 years ago, & i was told nothing could be done...Jimmy ALREADY installed a door sweep, & he's about to put a screw in my door handle so it will quit falling off every time I open it. The handle has been falling off the door since I moved in as well. The non payers are FINALLY being put out!!! The party people are

First day here and completely satisfied with the new management. Joseph has Top-notch Professionalism and people skills. Though They look short on maintenance workers but the unit is clean and spacious with a great view. Eager to get all settled in and comfortable.
