Came for a work trip. Originally went to the Chalet by mistake. Got everything straightened out and got to the Plaza. Front desk service was great. Got to our room and fell on love with the bathroom. There was lots of different lighting in our room to set different moods. Our A/A-hetaer was quietly and kept our room temperature as we wanted. We stopped at the hotel restaurant for lunch. Our waitress Kasy was super sweet. The food was way beyond what we expected. It was a little pricey but so very worth it. There are plenty of restrooms throughout the lobby. We were able to go to Starbucks without going outside. The bartender Craig was busy as could be but had a smile and was quick to make our drinks. I recommend the Jolly Rancher or Purple Rain cocktails.

Perhaps it’s only in Europe but as a British person I’m used to the Sheraton brand carrying prestige. I stayed here for 4 nights during SuperCompute conference in St Louis .||The stay costed around £300 a night (unusually expensive for the location) but I figured that was owing the conference plus the fact I was booking a Sheraton.||It wasn’t great. The hotel is clean and I’m sure I’d have slept well except the air con / heater in room was so loud every thirty mins or so it kept disturbing my sleep.||I kelpf having to “sign” for my breakfast every morning (which wasn’t great anyway) even though I’d paid for it as part of my booking. On that note I got increasingly agitated that it kept getting referred to as my “complimentary” breakfast when there was nothing free of charge about it! I

We stayed here for two nights this past weekend. While the property itself has been recently updated and was clean and adequate, I think the service needs some help. I did mobile check in on Friday, but was not able to get a digital key and the app told me to check in at the front desk. When I arrived the attendant simply handed me a pre made room key with a sticky note with my name. No other words or explanation of amenities etc as I would expect when checking into any hotel. It dawned on me that I should receive free breakfast given my platinum status with Bonvoy, so I went back to the desk and asked about it. He told me yes, I have it and I would be “on the list.” I would have missed this benefit if I hadn’t asked myself. Breakfast itself was nothing to write home about and at $20 a p

I attended an event (entertainment) at this hotel and the customer service from a manager was horrible. My client paid a lot of money to host their event there and prior to my portion we walked the entire space. I had full permission to walk the inner hallways and yet when my portion began the heavy set manager screamed at me and told me to get out. He didn’t listen to anything I was saying and had the worst attitude on the planet. He was horrible. I said the time I took me to explain I should be on stage entertaining my client. He couldn’t care less. And then when I got off stage he locked the room I was changing in! I was late for my next portion and had to beg another staff to open it up the room with my stuff. Again all of this was planned hours prior to my portion. I will never recomm
