Sheraton Anchorage Hotel

My room was satisfactory; although a little on the warm side. The reason this hotel gets this rating is because Yong is an amazing bartender. The hotel is understandably under construction; but I have spent a week here on a work trip, and I always end up at the hotel bar (despite having many local options) because of her excellent service, personality, and genuineness.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Thanks to Kyree and Hubert for sharing information about the hotel and sight seeing. Especially the hotel's fitness center and its beautiful view of the city while working out. I loved it. |Thank you Gina for being so wonderful at breakfast. Yoanna and Thomas in you're the best.. Jonathan and the female bartender you're are the best. I will tell all my friends and family about my visit at the Sheridan. I enjoyed my visit because of the customer friendly staff.

Positive: very nice room and bath Negative: Fort the price paid hotels usually provide a good free breakfast, this hotel does not.

Front lobby on 6th Street was under construction (Feb 2, 2026). Appetizers in the Club Lounge where scrumptious. Views from my room were amazing. Go to the fitness center for better panoramic views. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

It's OK. Locals say it's been under renovations for months. No spa or amenities. Breakfast was OK. Dinner was fair at best. Many of the staff will say, I'm new. And then not know what to do. Business center printers weren't working. No staff response to the issues.
