Great place, beautiful setting on the mountain, and superb services at check in! Our unit is amazing, but as an owner I think they have to address these issues: No instruction book in the unit. Wi-Fi does not work. Cable is mediocre, there is no channel guide information, and the service is interrupted a lot. Information in your WEB page and social media regarding amenities and activities are wrong - water park and pool are supposed to be closed, and they're are open! Cheers
I’m concerned! I just booked this and they didn’t mention a lot of stairs and my husband is limited on stair climbing
Nice area. Mostly well maintained but in need of updates. Very roomy accommodations and a great floor plan.
Lots of steps at most of these buildings, outside and inside. Nice, rustic.
Had a wonderful time!!! Loved our villa!! Great resort for the family!!
