Massanutten Hotel 4

If I could leave zero I would. Do not stay here. Pay the extra money and stay any where else. The room was disgusting and moldy. We booked 4 rooms and all had issues, but 1 had an extremely moldy smell. The front desk made us drive all the way down to the registration to tell us they couldn't move us because they had no other rooms. Offered no other solutions. The fridge doors were falling off, the bathrooms were dirty. The outside grounds were also covered in trash. Lucky we only planned one night. If we had planned more, we would have found a new place.

The worst I've ever experienced. It's 1:30 Am, my whole family cannot sleep because:1. Noisy AC inside the room. 2. The noise from upstairs is like kids jumping around or....the worst.
