Shadylawn Motel

I have been an extended stay room rental here for 3 months I can say it has come a long way The owner and his wife are absolutely amazing as long as you follow the rules. You have no problems at all if there's any issues, he's very fast to address them whether it be other people living there their guests or just a problem with the Roman in general and he is very kind when it comes to working out billing if he knows you and you've been staying there for sometime the shady lawn had a bad reputation from before but it's not the same place it was years ago when it got the bad reputation.

IM SO CONFUSED ! LIKE HOW DO YOU GUYS NOT COMPREHEND The meaning of SHADY !||Why would ANYBODY Or Business thats Respectable Name a Business Shady if they are about( Quality )over Quantity and money .. They run a shady Business point blank period , Don't be surprised

Very nice people The stuff is great i'm very helpful and can't beat a better landlord i've been here almost a year looking for housing

My room has a burn mark in the carpet and the heater smells really bad and the manager don’t tell you that you have to buy your own toilet paper

The hotel stinks of mold. There is a lot of water damage. The owner, and manager don't care if anything is broken. There blatantly disrespectful. The lack of professionalism, and absolutely the worst customer service you ever get. The owner and manager are rude, and will swear at you. they use volger language that is completely uncalled for. Absolutely disgusting
