Hampton Inn White River Junction

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The staff was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any request. The location was convenient, making it easy to access key areas in the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience. I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, this hotel is the worse in their portfolio that I've ever stayed in. Sadly it's the only Hilton branded hotel in the immediate area. The good? The hotel is clean. But it's in a state of disrepair at all times. The elevator had a hole in the floor for months. There is perpetually a "We've stepped away from the desk" sign on the front desk (My record was a three night stay without EVER seeing anyone behind the desk) and my most recent stay, I had checked in at 1pm, and by about 6pm, when there were only about five cars in the parking lot, they had checked someone in with two barking dogs and they put them in the room directly across from me. I booked this hotel for 2 nights and received a confirmation email from Hilton. When I came to the hotel to check in the front desk person, who introduced himself as the manager on duty with a smile on his face, told me that he couldn’t find my reservation. Even after I showed him a confirmation email, he still claimed that he couldn’t find it. I asked to book a different room, but he said that the hotel was fully booked however when I checked on the Hilton website it said that there was one room available. He told me to look for another hotel wherever I wanted. It was 7:30 pm and freezing weather. Right after I left the hotel, I received an email which stated that my reservation was canceled late and I may get charged. My credit card was charged for one night. I called Hilton, waited on t

This hotel is surrounded by good restaurants and shopping places. The room is little smaller than expected but it is clean. The front desk who checked us in was friendly. The breakfast runs from 6-10AM, the food was editable but limited selection. I would stay in this hotel again.

It's location was around several eating places, which was nice for supper. Staff was friendly and professional. Digital check in and out was nice. Hot breakfast was excellent. Some of the items they had were bacon (loved), omelets with bell peppers (loved), potatoes, fresh fruit cocktail, oj (loved), milk, oatmeal, muffins, bagels, cookies (loved), waffles, tea, coffee, hot cocoa and more. Bed was comfortable, I slept pretty good. The only bad thing was I had to get an accessible bathroom because of mobility issues and the shower head was weak, probably because there was a leak on the handle, it took me a lot longer in the shower to clean up because of the weak water flow. I would recommend this hotel, just don't get an accessible room, I bet the other showers were great.
