SEVEN HILLS INN

Bed bugs bites last two day's of day's. Should have known from dirty mattresses. An told them but refused to give me anything back for having BEDBUGS I PAID FOR ROOM NOT TO GET BITES VIDEOS AVAILABLE.

There was bedbugs and roaches crawling everywhere. And the day before I left a rat came out the bathroom and there was a big spider in the shower.

The manager was very nice and respectful he did not charge a deposit gave great customer service.

This place is not wheelchair accessible so it was hard for me to get my cousin in the bathroom, let alone to take a shower. I think it would be a good idea if they made a couple of the rooms handicap.

If I could give it a -0 stars I would. Tv doesn't work. Holes everywhere. Mold. No microwave. Shower doesn't work. Was provided with looks like house towels covered in bleach. No soap. No lights. Bed was pushed against a wall that looks like it had water damage. Floors felt mushy like you could fall through any minute. CHARGED EXTRA after I was told a different price then my boyfriend went in to pay was charged More not sure why. Toilets don't work. Just was a horrible experience and was a run for our money but had no other choice.
