Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Rome

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. This hotel is wonderful all the employees were phenomenal. Been staying at Marriott brand hotels for many years, hands down the best service of any. Thank you to each employee.

Positive: Room was clean and staff were pleasant. Negative: The internet did not work in our room and we were there on business and needed to be able to work.

Amazing hotel, stay a wonderful staff very helpful and kind at every level of service. 🇺🇸 hot and ready continental breakfast with fresh coffee.☕️ My wife is competing in a sectional USTA tournament all weekend staying three nights which made for a very fun experience to come and go from the hotel directly to the Rome tennis center. I hope she wins state again next year.🎾🥇 because I would love to come back here for all three of the days I highly recommend staying at the Fairfield Inn right here on the property if you’re playing tennis or in town for something else 🏆👏🏽🐺

Can’t speak about the property bc we had a dispute about reservation that was an honest mistake of pressing wrong day on the res website. Front desk and GM were completely unprofessional and untimely in how they handled it - causing me over an hour of phone time and then only saying they would consider a refund if I booked the next night. That bush league and not customer friendly. See you later Marriott, hello Hilton.
