SERENA Hotel Aventura Miami, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Nice hotel, but expected more for what they charge. Restaurant food is subpar at best. Nothing was made fresh, precooked chicken etc… They add a 20% gratuity to all food and beverage automatically which is not something I support. Gratuity should be based on service. Pool was not stocked with towels, had to request. Overall a nice hotel, but for what the rooms go for, I would find something else next time. Service and staff however were exceptional. Front desk, restaurant staff were awesome.

Wow, I was so pleasantly surprised at how sweet and kind the entire stuff is! Miguel, Mateo, Akasha, and Julio really we’re so pleasant from beginning to finish honestly, the best impression I’ve ever had at any hotel I’ve ever stayed!! I wish I could remember the names of the other girls unfortunately I can’t right now, but truly the entire staff is so amazing! My most pleasant day I’ve ever experienced. I’m so thankful for you guys and can’t wait to return! Thank you so much again ✨🩷☺️

Lovely hotel the staff friend kind and accomadating. The hospitality was exceptional. All positives! Stayed here for a wedding and everyone with the wedding felt the same. Breakfast was delish especially the coffee. Even the lunch and dinner items so good. I will go back and highly recommend to friends.

Positive: It was a comfortable sleep. Restaurant was pretty good. Negative: There was a buzzer going off the entire night somewhere nearby our room in the hotel. It was somewhat faint but still annoying. Room could have been cleaner.

The hotel itself was nice and well maintained, and the bar was a definite highlight. Julio at the bar was excellent, friendly, attentive, and truly made the experience better. The food was good. Unfortunately, the surrounding area wasn’t what we expected and made us uncomfortable enough that we chose to check out after the first night. The hotel also felt a little pricey compared to other options that were on the beach and closer to downtown Fort Lauderdale. Overall, a pleasant property with great bar service and good food, but the location, limited dining options, and value didn’t quite justify the cost. Three stars.
