Positive: Kind helpful staff.Walking to restaurants . Safe area. Reasonably priced parking.Water available at front desk. Negative: Parking was in a parking garage across the street.

I had one of the most disappointing and humiliating hotel experiences of my life at Aloft Aventura (Marriott). I am a wheelchair user and specifically booked an accessible room with a roll-in shower, which I also confirmed by phone months in advance. After 38 hours of travel from Perth, I arrived only to be given an “accessible” room with a bathtub, which is unusable for many wheelchair users. When I went back to reception, I was told accessible rooms are given first-come, first-served, which is unacceptable when accessibility needs are involved. Staff that evening promised the issue would be fixed the next day. It wasn’t. I was originally booked at a hotel that was completely disappointing. I came across Aloft in hopes to find a better hotel that I felt safe at and Aloft meet all those expectations! I really wish I remembered the name of the gentleman that checked us in - he was amazing! He made sure my family and I had adjoining rooms (which were gorgeous) which made our stay so much more enjoyable! I loved the fact that a key card was needed to access the elevators. That made my mother in law feel very safe. And the hotel was sweet enough to have someone escort my aunt on the elevator due to her bad anxiety. We had the worst experience. We booked 25 rooms. We had a family gathering. We are all sabbath observer. The hotel was recommended by the local synagogue. The front desk employees were so nasty. The sabbath start at 5:45 We didn't get rooms till 9pm. They absolutely dismissed our feelings. Not one manager came to apologize. They overbooked and had no clean rooms. If you don't want your affair to be ruined do not stay at the Loft

We had a wonderful stay at Aloft Aventura, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the amazing staff. Brandy, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about our comfort, which made us feel very well taken care of from start to finish. Kerlie, the cook, deserves special recognition as well. The food was delicious, fresh, and prepared with so much care. You can really feel the passion she puts into what she does, and it absolutely elevated our stay. Atifah at the front desk was another highlight — always welcoming, kind, and helpful. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist with anything we needed made every interaction a pleasure.
