Courtyard by Marriott Miami Aventura Mall

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ across the board!! Beautiful hotel the rooms are amazingly clean bathrooms are very large up up to date the colors on the walls with the wallpaper just mesh perfectly together the beds are comfortable pillows are a little on the airy side soon as you lay on them they just collapse on you staff is extremely friendly as soon as you walk in you are overwhelmed in a good way with the smell of eucalyptus and lavender the reason being is not only is that the shampoo conditioner and body wash but I do believe that they use the hotel air freshener eucalyptus and lavender which is a phenomenal smell the pool area is beautiful again I can't rave enough about how friendly the staff is definitely if you're in the Aventura area stay in the courtyard Marriott! You got Publix across the street Walg

The front desk supervisor Rushea was lovely and very helpful on more than one occasion. The hotel is well located for Aventura Mall and other local shopping. ||The outdoor area and small pool with both sunshine and shade was good for relaxing.||The rooms are quite dark and dated but very clean with plentiful fluffy white towels ! The noisy aircon could not be adjusted which was a bit annoying as was the ability to hear other rooms tv. Coffee and tea were provided in the rooms but no milk.||The QR codes made food and drink ordering easy and convenient.||Would return if we needed to stay in the area again.

Andice and Ranniesha were everything from the moment we walked in the door. I had to ask Andice was she the manager. Her mannerism is perfect! She said no but she needs to be. So management think about positioning her in a higher position. This hotel is soooo nice and comforting. It is also clean. The mall is literally across the street that has a walk way. You wont be disappointed with the hotel.

My husband and I come to South Florida every six weeks to visit my elderly mom. We always choose to stay at the Courtyard Marriot in Aventura. It’s our home away from home. The front desk staff is amazing and welcoming. Roberto, Rafael, Grant, Rushe, Andice are always lovely and so happy to help with our many needs. And when we stay for a month we have many needs. Lots of credit to Yorby, the front desk manager, and Jose, the general manager, and Helena who keeps the place running smoothly. |We usually get a suite so my husband can work in the other room. It’s separate and large. The bedroom is also very spacious. The suite has two large televisions and a kitchenette with a small refrigerator and coffee maker. The rooms with two beds are also very large with a nice couch. It’s very comfort
