Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Aventura Mall

My family and I came from England, spent a week over at The Residence Inn and everyone was wonderful. We read reviews online and unsure what to expect but our fears were immediately dispelled. The staff were friendly and helpful. Ruth, at reception, was exceptional and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The room we had was clean and spacious. I found the laundromat very helpful. |What can be improved on? A little more variety at breakfast for someone staying for a week would have helped. |Overall , we enjoyed our stay and would definitely be calling back.

Great room and breakfast! I totally recommend if you’re looking for a Modern hotel and accommodations also The shopping mall it’s a 10 min walking .

The room was excellent. I had noticed when I booked the room that there was going to be a full kitchen!! Hello!! That made my stay even though I never used the thing as this was a very short trip, it was nice to have access to one. So definitely on a longer stay it would be invaluable. The staff was super friendly and hospitable. The location is more on the quiet side as compared to south beach. So there are not a ton of bars and nightclubs. However, the Aventura mall is within walking distance. My one observation was that the pool area isn’t sun drenched until midday. Perhaps it’s the time of the year?! I am not certain. So, if you’re planning to catch some early sun rays in the morning it might not happen.

I was in town for work, and this is one of the nicest Residence Inns I’ve stayed at. The room was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the recent renovations make everything feel fresh and modern. My housekeeping service was wonderful, and the breakfast service was excellent as well. My only suggestion would be to offer an e-tipping option like eTip, since I don’t always have cash on hand.
