i’m unbelievably appalled with the quality of my stay. We got here having paid a low amount of money, only to find out that they offer Rooms for even lower, but to be totally honest, I wouldn’t even pay those prices. Every single person we’ve talked to has been unbelievably rude, and when we got home one evening, our keys weren’t working to our door, so we went to the front desk, and had to wait about 15 minutes for somebody to finally come in, and they came in yelling at us saying that we woke them up. Of course we did, we couldn’t get into our room. Which we paid for. Way more than we should have. if you are considering staying here, car camping would be a better choice, please do not give any of your money to this horrible wretched place. Location is about the best thing this place has going for it. Within walking distance to sequoia station 2 bus stops, your faster walking most of the time than the walk. Lot of noise, they are undet construction and make no apologies for it, it's like jack hammers, sanding/grinding equipment ALL DAY LONG, 8 TIL 5ISH. Don't expect to sleep in or nap during day or reduced rate due to. I went to hospital with bug bite from there. 14 days. Beware, location thats it.

There were stains on the furniture. Mold and dust on the fixtures. Hair and dirt on the bed. The curtains were so old they were bleached from the sun. The room had a disgusting mold and mildew smell and the sink had stains. I could go on and on. I packed my things within ten minutes and went back to the counter and said I could not stay there. The owner said he sees nothing wrong with the room, yet refused to look at more than one of the photos. I asked for a refund and he said no so I left. Since I paid through the booking app, they disputed it for me. The owner said I was there for over two hours and I couldn’t get a refund. Then they denied me ever showing up. It took several weeks to get a refund because they kept making excuses. They even went as far as posting on my booking account t

The customer support is the worst! So rude and doesn't understand a word I say. Your business is already in its worst phase and you still chose to hire such an unco-operative representative 😡. He even ignored my request for reservation and my call was kept on hold for a really long time, with no answer whatsoever! As an operations manager myself, I would suggest you to get rid of that guy as soon as possible and hire a better one for the same cost via offshore hiring.
