Kasa Niche Hotel Redwood City

Hotel is perfectly pleasant - room was clean with nice amenities like water and earplugs/eye masks. It had everything we needed and was in a very easy location. Bed was a bit firm and my view was of an alley staircase so nothing fancy. That said, I don't think I would stay in a hotel without a front desk again. A friend booked our rooms and I've been going in circles trying to get a final bill (I have no idea three days after check out what the charge is) and trying to give them a credit card for payment. It's been a big waste of time and they won't call to just sort it all out. Sometimes, you just need to have a human involved.

What a great place to stay! Centrally located in Redwood City, there was so much to see. My room was clean and classy, with modern amenities. The extra touches were noticed … touch lights on the mirror, big screens tv that plays off your personal streaming accounts and much more. Will definitely stay again!

I stayed there for a night but it is impotent to know that they are asking you to send them a picture of your ID and then they video tape your face. I believe that is illegal and government should stop them as they are foreigners and they are not able to speak English. Another thing is that they overcharge you while the place is not clean or quiet.||They are cheap hotel so you see low class people in there and it is in a very noisy neighborhood that you cannot sleep. || It's not worth it because with hotels that you see a lot of employees around you there might be still issues but in Kasa there is no one around to take care of the problem so it’s waste of time and money to go there. It is very low class that it should not call hotel.

cancelled a stay a good half month out, and they're refusing to refund. total B/S. I suspect this is not a legit place to stay so spend your money elsewhere....they claimed it was selected as nonrefundable, which i wouldn't do cause i was never sure i would actually stay here. And after seeing just how tiny the rooms are, i knew i didn't want to stay. you need breathing room. TRUST me, these people are not legit, go elsewhere.

Wonderful! The room is compact, but well laid out and very tidy! The property is spotless inside, not fancy, but tasteful and well maintained. There is a front desk assistant on duty, however, the virtual check-in process was seamless; the property provided all of the instructions to enter the building and my room in an easy to follow email. As an older, single traveler I really appreciated the simplicity. Complementary FIJI water in the room and an ample supply of Keurig K-cups, fridge, microwave and a safe for valuables. Amazing all this is provided at such a reasonable price! Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended
