Second Creek Studios

Rent includes utilities and internet. We lived at Second Creek Studios for 11 months. We have an ESA. All we had to do was let them know that he was there and that we had paperwork for him. They did not give us any issues with having him. The first few months were all about working out the kinks of opening. The water heaters had to be replaced. I did flip the breaker a couple times but on-site management was able to correct it within minutes. The office communicates well with the tenants. Any need to come into your unit is emailed to you 24+ hours in advance. The on-site manager is wonderful! He is helpful and patient. For the issues he deals with, I think he deserves a raise (no matter how much he makes. People do not respect his personal time) I never saw a single roach. Exterminato

I have stayed here the last two weeks with my husband and we absolutely love it here. Great environment, owners very responsive and communicate often. It is also remolded and it is nice considering other places aren't affordable at all. It has been a pleasant experience living here. Neighbors are very welcoming as well.

Love our little home and have met some wonderful folk's. We are hurricane helene victims and we literally lost everything we have worked so hard for the last 20 years but the kindness of CAC and compassion coalition and FIG property management company has made a extremely scary and frighting situation a little bit easier than we could have ever imagined and we are so appreciative of the roof over our head and the kindness shown in our extremely devastating circumstances.

Stayed here for 2 nights and I have no complaints! Katie was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was very clean and it was actually very quiet in the area. It’s about a 10 minute drive to get to downtown so it was easy to get around with a car

The on site maintenance man is rude, and highly disrespectful, I was rudely awoken, opening my eyes to a large white man screaming at me to wake up with his phone inches from my face recording me sleeping, my dogs barking here just let himself into my room had my door wide open threatening to call the police on me saying I know what you have been doing and you need to get your stuff and get out. All the while let me remind you he (is the maintenance man not the owners) entered into my room without knocking and without permission, he was recording me (without my knowledge) invading my privacy. And when I booked the room online the application and I do mean application I filled out no where on it does it mention a pet fee or have anywhere to notify the owners that you have pets or service an
